How can I reach Customer Service?

I would like to order something from years ago as a keepsake. Is it possible to still order?

Yes, we archive artwork for many years. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-394-2090 and we will happy to assist you.

What if my child’s name is spelled wrong on the brochure. Can if be corrected?

Yes, please call 800-394-2090 or email your request to info@displaymyart.com. The name will be corrected online, but the free custom brochure will not be reprinted.

What if I don’t order by the deadline?

You can still place your order online at www.DisplayMyArt.com or by calling 800-394-2090 Monday – Friday 9:00-5:00 (EST). Late orders will be charged a shipping fee based on the size, weight and zip code that your package will be delivered to.

Can I personalize the items?

We offer personalization for several items. There is a list on the inside of the DMA brochure. Products that offer personalization will show a personalization field on our website.

When ordering for myself and also want to send something to another address do I need to make separate orders?

Yes, you would need to do a separate order if it’s a different shipping address.

When ordering for more than one student, do I need to order separately?

No, when you order online there is an option to enter other order numbers under one order. Call our Customer Service Department if you need help with your order 800-394-2090.

How are the products shipped?

The items are shipped via USPS or UPS. DMA offers free shipping to home as long as the order is placed on time, online or over the phone.

I lost the brochure how can I get the order number?

Call our Customer Service Department and they can assist you with the order number. Monday – Friday 9:00-5:00 EST 800-394-2090

Where do I find my child’s order ?

You can find it on the back of the brochure in the yellow crayon on the top of the page. If you misplaced the brochure feel free to call 800-394-2090 and we would be happy to look it up for you.

Can we use our own paper?

We suggest that you use the DMA paper we provide to ensure the best quality for the final keepsake, but you are welcome to use your own paper.

Can I order anytime?

Yes, you can order online at www.DisplayMyArt.com or by calling 800-394-2090. Orders placed after your school deadline will be charged a shipping fee.

What happens if the item is broken or defective?

Email a picture of the product to info@displaymyart.com so we can correct the issue.

Can a child send in more than one masterpiece?

We only produce one free brochure for each piece of artwork. If you would like to send additional works of art please email them to info@displaymyart.com. We will process your art and email you the order number that can be used to place an order.

Can siblings or families participate?

Yes, families and siblings are encouraged to participate. Feel free to print the DMA art paper template (link at the bottom of page) and use one of our lesson plans.

Do I need to upload the artwork?

No, we do all of the work for you. Simply send us the artwork and we process each masterpiece.

Does each student get a free custom brochure?

Yes, each brochure will feature the child’s art and will be personalized with their name. DMA will produce 1 free brochure per artist.

Do all orders need to be placed online?

Some schools will allow paper orders to be submitted to the school with a check or cash (check the back of your brochure for details).  If your school doesn’t accept paper orders, you can call our Customer Service team to place an order Monday – Friday 9:00-5:00 EST 800-394-2090.

My child was absent what do I do?

You can email the artwork to info@displaymyart.com. You can use our lesson plans and print the art paper template from our website.

Can I order after the fundraiser is over?

Yes, we keep your child’s artwork archived so you can order at anytime. If you don’t see your artwork online please call 800-394-2090 and we would be happy to assist you.

Can I ship keepsakes to friends and family in other states?

Yes, place your order on time, online or over the phone and your order will qualify for FREE shipping. Multiple orders can be placed and shipped to multiple addresses.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

DMA orders ship FREE anywhere in the continental US as long as they are placed online or over the phone by the deadline. Late orders are always accepted and will be charged a shipping fee based on the size, weight and zip code.

What if my school doesn’t need money but we still want to order keepsakes?

You can still run Display My Art, set the percentage to 0% and pass along the savings to the parents or select a profit and donate it to your favorite charity.

When is the best time to schedule our fundraiser?

The time is now! We recommend booking early to get the dates you need. Please call us at 800-394-2090 Monday – Friday EST

Can The Wall of Fame go outside?

The Wall of Fame of should be displayed indoors.

Should artists put their name on the art and where?

Yes, we recommend including a signature and year on the art but it should be one inch away from the edge of the art space.

How much time will students need to complete their masterpieces?

We recommend 2-3 class periods to complete the masterpieces, but that will differ depending on the lesson plan and the grade level.

We don’t have an Art Teacher, how can I guide students to create something memorable?

If you don’t have an Art Teacher that can help with the fundraiser, please consider one of our video or printable lesson plans. Feel free to call us and we would be happy to come up with age appropriate lessons. 800-394-2090

Yes, a school can request to have the original artwork sent back.

How much profit do we earn?

You can select from 0%-100% profit. DMA recommends a 40% profit for most of our schools.  At a 40% profit your families would pay $9.98 for a custom mug displaying their child’s art on both sides. Call today to get an estimated profit based on the size and needs of your school.  We’re available Monday – Friday 9-5 EST 800-394-2090.

How hard is it to run a fundraiser?

  • It’s so EASY! Our program can be executed in less than 3 hours.
  • Submit a class list via email: 5 minutes.
  • Lesson plan prep: 1 hour. You are welcome to use your own lesson plans or take advantage of our free lesson plans.
  • Ship the Artwork to DMA: 10 minutes.
  • Distribute custom brochures to Teachers: 20 minutes. DMA brochures arrive at the school separated by class.
  • Promote the fundraiser with marketing materials: 1 hour. DMA will provide marketing materials that can be sent in email blast, phone blasts, posted on social media, or displayed around the school.

How much does it cost to run the fundraiser?

There is no sign up cost or minimum purchase. Schools with over 100 students will receive a free DMA starter kit that includes everything you need to run a successful fundraiser.

DMA Starter Kit includes the following:

  • Free art paper (pre-printed or blank, you decide)
  • Free markers
  • Free marketing materials
  • Free samples
  • Free folders to keep your art organized by class
